The structure of the internship was nicely framed. Each of the guidance session was very informative and helped me to take my analytical skills to next level. The internship focused on market research as well as financial statements analysis and thus was suitable for both marketing and finance specialization students. The main focus of the internship was to enhance the skills of intern’s rather than getting work done from them. The learning and knowledge I received from this internship will definitely help me in my career. The part I liked most about this internship is that for every assignment or task, we used to get sufficient time and support from our mentors.

This internship opened a new perspective in Equity Research. Right from the beginning of the internship, starting from the collection of authentic data and how to properly analyze the data collected was an eye opener. The financial analysis of the four companies taught me how to look at a companies financial and helped me lean what the company is upto. The Market survey actually helped me understand the public’s view on the Equity department and how well they’re using it. Overall I loved the whole experience and it was absolutely great working with your firm. Last but not the least it also helped build a good network.

It was a great experience. What I liked the most about this internship is that there was no spoon-feeding. Candidates, after knowing the approach from the mentors could apply their own creativity and problem-solving skills to arrive at solutions. This helped me understand my own style of problem-solving and how to look at problems from different vantage points.

My internship experience has been great! I felt comfortable talking to my supervisor and my team and I communicated well between us. I was very impressed with the level of commitment from my supervisor and internship placement. Upon receiving my very first task, I could see that they were well-prepared and organized, and were ready to answer any of my questions and concerns. The most important tasks I was involved in were data collection, data analysis and report writing, and other skills that I learnt along the way included volunteering and teamwork. My internship experience went a long way in developing my time management and communication skills.

Overall, it has been a very enriching experience. There has been continuous learning at each stage and the whole project has been structured very well, making it doable for everyone from distinct backgrounds. Weekly mentoring sessions were a great guide in the overall program as they certainly helped in giving a lot more clarity and direction.

The KRG internship was a distinguished experience in itself. With the well planned structure and the step-by-step approach towards its completion, it succeeded in establishing a clear foundation of each of the sub-aspects before proceeding towards the next step. KRG gave me the opportunity to derive a deeper and a real world perspective of the FMCG industry and financial analysis, at a point of time, where the world is facing the Corona virus pandemic. They focused clearly on its impact on the various layers of the industry. This is an aspect I liked the most about the internship. KRG also gave me an opportunity to polish my leadership and communication skills. It helped to develop skills for working in a pandemic situation, where everything has to be coordinated online.
